Really easy access from the motorway, so for that the location was ok. For a Premier Inn the food was reasonable and great value. Limited selection of beers on tap, but it did the job.
Check in team did a great job to give me a room perfect for mobility limitations. All the staff were very helpful and courteous, Breakfast is very good and food was generally very good value, but, if you visit in December, wear warm clothes as the dining room was very cold.
What a wonderful hotel to stay at. The reception was clean , fresh and well maintained. The room was fresh and clean right through, the bathroom was really clean and fresh. We stayed for two nights in order to visit Bournemouth which is about 40 mins away. So we were tired on the Friday night when we arrived and decided to eat at there Thyme restaurants. My wife had the sweet&sour prawns and my 12 year old son had the fish and chips. Everything was great. Well cooked, nice and crispy and more importantly hot. The second night we were thinking of eating out however we were so impressed with the restaurant, that we ate there again. Big Stack burgers for everyone, didn't disappoint again. Cooked to perfection, not dry at all. I had extra bacon in mine, well worth it. Breakfast on both mornings was a buffet. Hot, fresh and well looked after with everything always there because the staff were so attentive. We will be back for sure. Thank you team Andover.
I only stayed the one night and I can say it was a wonderfully comfortable experience. The staff are so welcoming, polite and courteous. Will definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Great place.
Lovely stay! Been here for 7weeks, the manager Liam is amazing any issues its sorted straight away! The staff are absolutely amazing and love my children. It's been really nice getting to know them and really nice to feel comfortable with everyone. The acceptance of my children having 2 autistic and and a crawling 10month old is really comforting.
Hotel. It's a Premier Inn. You know what you are getting. The restaurant is small and on the evening I was there quite busy, but Emily was great, working like a trooper making sure we all got what we needed.
It's not five star luxary, but that's not the point. We literally just slept here & for that it was grand. Staff were all friendly, especially the chap at reception. Breakfast was great for the kids. Perhaps not the quietest location, but the lovely air con acted like white noise for the kids & wasn't an issue.
